Attention To All Professional Fighters:

Under California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) rules - You must complete the following medical requirements to be eligible to fight. (Please note that all medical exams are good for one calendar year from the day exam where completed.)

Physical
Neurological Exam
Blood Lab Work (good for six months) Hepatitis B Surface Antigen, HIV and Hepatitis C-Antibody
MRI accompanied with a MRI summary (good for 1 year)
EKG and EKG Summary
Opthamologic Exam (must be completed by an optomologist not an optometrist)

If you do not have a doctor that can perform the medical exams, this can be done by:

Please Note: The IFS matchmakers will keep your application on file for possible fight cards. In order to maintain good relations between trainers, fighters and the IFS; we recommend that you notify your trainer/manager about your intention to fight. Thank you for your interest.

IFS Liability Waiver In consideration of your acceptance of my registration, I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have accrue to me, against International Fight Showdown (IFS), the IFS organization committee and all members of the IFS or their respective officers, successors, and/or assigns, and against any competitor for any and all damages which may be sustained by me in connection with my association with my participation in, or entry in the above athletic meet and competition.
